Our DD is a very picky eater. How willing are the full service restaurants, like Cafe Orleans, to fix something not on the menu? If we were to ask for a simple grilled cheese sandwich, just bread and mozzarella which they would already have on hand, do you think they would do it? Would it help if we're there at non-peak dining times? Thanks!
