dining rotation

our travel agent was able to get this much info from DCL: we will dine at aminator's palate on sunday evening on the eastern magic. this said, would this mean our dining rotation is LAPLAPL. thanks!

That is good to know. We were going to call our travel agent tomorrow to see if we could find out the dining rotation. We based all our decisions (i.e. night for Palo, etc.) on having our preferred dining rotation. We want to do Palo the night we are supposed to go to Parrot Cay and were hoping that was also the night we were in Key West. I didn't know if they would be able to give us this info or if we would have to wait until we checked in at the terminal

Yankee914, you sound like us! our anniversary is on sunday and while we are planning on dining at palo of our anniversary, we definitely want to go to AP. so we will just plan that special dinner the next night, which if this dining rotation is correct will be parrot cay.

Happy Anniversary! What a great way to spend such a special occasion!

We definitely want to go on the Parrot Cay night the second night of the cruise. We thought it would be nice to dine at sunset while we were in Key West. We also don't want to miss Animator's Palate and save Lumiere's for the formal and semi-formal nights. I can't see being all dressed up and sitting in Parrot Cay. Although it is nice, I found it the least desirable of the three on the cruise I was on.

Hope this doesn't sound too obsessive compulsive. I'm an overplanner.

I am surprised DCL gave you that info....normally you do not find out your rotation until you check in at the Port.

i have no idea how the travel agent got the info, but she does have a way w/words! our formal night falls on parrot cay. is this not a good thing?

Don't worry about formal night in Parrot Cay. On our last cruise we had the same thing. I was always the one who had to be in Lumiere's for formal night and Parrot Cay for tropical (was lucky with this a few times). In January I was at first very upset we did not get this rotation.

It actually was fine and we did not mind at all about being in PC for formal night. Everyone still gets dressed up and it really does not matter which dining rooms your are in!!!
