Chef Mickey’s:
We were very disappointed. We had ressies for 6:20 we got there at 6:05 and got seated at 7:20. When we were seated we waited 10 minutes before I decided to look for a waiter to get some drinks. The food was only okay and by this time I really was too frustrated to eat. The characters were really rushed and when our waiter finally showed up he was in a big hurry to give us our bill and get us out of there. We will NOT return to Chef Mickey’s and since this was the first meal of our vacation we were concerned about the rest of our ressies. It was probably one of the worst restaurants we have ever eaten at!
Cost: 112.95

BOMA’s:
Our ressies were for 5:40 and we were seated at 5:40. The waitress was very friendly and gave us great service. We tipped her a little extra. However my two princesses weren’t on the best behavior. We all really enjoyed the atmosphere and food here. I loved there Seafood Coconut Curried Soup and curried pork! We would eat here again and would recommend it to anyone who wanted a little something different.

Cinderella’s Royal Table:
Okay we ate here last year at 10:30 and thought it was horrible (not as bad as Chef Mickey’s though) but this time our ressies were at 8:05 and it was GREAT! The characters spent a lot of time with our girls, the food was good, quick and hot. Our waiter was friendly and made several trips back to our table. We tipped him a little extra. We left here at 9:00 and got to walk on all the rides in Fantasy Land with no lines. Will do it again.

Crystal Palace:
WOW! It was also our cheapest table service and it was so much fun. Our ressie was for 3:50 we were seated at 3:55. Our waiter was really good. He took the time to explain the buffet and to show us how to tell when the characters were almost at our table. We tipped him a little extra. We all really enjoyed the food for a buffet and found the selection was great. My dd’s loved the chicken and my DH loved the prime rib. I enjoyed it all. We were out of the restaurant before 5:00 and we never felt rushed. This will be a must for our next vacation.

Le Cellier:
Our ressie was for 7:05 we were seated 7:35. We can’t really decide if we liked it our not. Our girls were on there best behavior which helped. I think the wait to get in along with our rude waiter spoiled it for us. When our waiter found out we were from Canada his attitude changed towards us and then when he found out we were on the dining plan it just got worst. First thing he said was I better take those wine glasses before the baby breaks them. It wasn’t even in her reach. Anyway we did enjoy the food. My dh thought the maple creme brulee was the best dessert he ever had. We found there to be a lot more restrictions here then any other restaurant. The adults could only have soda or lemonade for there drink(no milk or juice). The meal came quick until dessert that took 40 minutes. We asked for hot tea when we order our dessert and our waiter said no you can’t have that. We look at him puzzled. When we question what he meant he said it not included on the dining plan we told him to go ahead and bill us for it. Well the hot tea came out right away or should I say hot water! He forgot the tea bags and it took us 10 minutes to find him. Then when we got the tea bags we realized we had no spoons and still had no dessert. Finally we got our dessert and drank our “cold tea”. He never charged for the tea after. We got out exactly at 9:00. Not sure if we will return.

Teppanyaki:
We switched this ressie from supper to lunch. It was fun. I loved setting at the grill and loved how you get parts of your meal at a time. My dh would prefer to get all of his food at once though. We all ordered the New York sirloin and scallops and thought is was cooked very well. A little disappointed that the appetizers were limited on the dining plan and that when I ordered the fresh fruit they only brought out pineapple. Overall we thought it was a great place to eat.

Planet Hollywood:
Our favorite meal! We originally had plan to go to the Concourse steakhouse but when we saw how there was no real wall separating Chef Mickey’s and the Concourse we felt it wasn’t the best place to bring our toddlers. Our waitress was great. The Texas Tostadas were fabulous. For our main course we had Shrimp Alfredo, Ribeye Steak, BBQ Ribs. We really enjoyed all the food but didn’t really care for the desserts. Maybe it was because we were so full. The portions are huge! Really glad we decided to go here and will return on our next trip.
Cost: 152.09

We had the free dining plan and ate about $1300 worth of food. We used all our snack credits for water and split our counter service between breakfast, lunch/supper. We will purchase the plan next time, great value.
