On the 10th i went to the Poly Lua . I thought it was good .The entertainment was great! I have not been to see it for a long time. The desert served is very sweet.

Sept 11 dinner at 50 Prime Time cafe at 5pm. Cousin Ernie was my server. He was great! Although i was very tired and hot i played up to him a little .He made me laugh. He could tell my arms were the table a mile away! For starters i chose the onions rings and they great! I had Dads pot roast and it was huge and very tender. I did a good on it so Ernie let me have desert! I ordered the apple cobbler ala mode. It was very good also.

Monday i went to Akl to have dinner at Jiko. Thanks Diser for the suggestion.
I ordered a glass of wine on the side. I began with the olive flatbread. It was
the tasty flatbread i ever had. I even took the left overs back to the Pop.
The main meal was the Filet with mac and cheese. This was very tender filet
and the red wine sauce was nice with the 3 . Finally, i ate the creme broule
with 2 cups of coffee.

On the 14th i went to 1900 park for dinner. This was a nice dinner buffet and the food is very fresh and plenty to eat. The prince and cinderalla said hello to me and i took a picture of either suzie or pearle at my table. The strawberry soup is very nice for a hot day.

Thursday -Boma breakfast i really enjoyed . The African oatmeal was very tasty. In the evening i went to Ohanas . Since it was the 1st time for me there i have nothing to compare. However, i enjoyed all the food and entertainment was nice. Only thing is it was way to much food for me to eat
and i felt kind of sad leaving alot on the plate. I was able to see Wishes on the Poly beach after.

Friday -Portobello yacht club- dinner was fanastic . It is a very nice place . Since i was on the premium plan the staff said they would do me good. And they did! I ate a nice light appetizer. Then the main meal was tuna wrapped
in a cheese or something. I was also able to add a lobster tail . Finally i finished the meal with their custard desert.
All the service at each place was very nice and helpful!

Thanks for posting..I loved reading your reviews. I have a question about O'Hanas. Do they still have the wontons as part of the appetizers?

TIA
Terri

What did you have to eat at Ohana's? Also, how was the creme brulee at Jiko?

Hi and thanks . The creme boule at Jiko was pastasio creme broule . I enjoyed it .It was different than the usual broules one would have. It had
also a nice cookie with it. It had a chocolate bottom to.

As for Ohanas : They started the meal with a bowl of wonton chips plus something else that was wrapped. I am not sure if it was wontons filled with something. It came with 3 dipping sauces and i really liked the peanut sauce.
So it was a bowl filled with half and half. The appetizers were the shrimp and
chicken wings. I could have eaten a whole more of the chicken as it was very good. Then the skewer came :1st the pork and beef. I really enjoyed the pork. Chicken and saugage skewers came next. The saugage were sweet.
The pototoe side dish i really liked and the salad was nice.

The desert was the bread pudding . I thought this was very good. I almost finished the whole thing.
