Dining Review Question

This may have been asked or discussed before, discussed in a podcast...I can sometimes be oblivious to what is happening around me.

Kevin (or anyone who might have the answer) when you do the reviews do you take notes, take a menu? How do you remember everything?

I will say my princesses, DD7 and DD10 , were writing notes on their menus at CRT. It was totally unprompted by me, and was pretty cute. At one point John said, "wow, they (the girls) are taking this more seriously than we do."
