Thursday January12
Breakfast: Crystal Palace. The food was great and Pooh and his friends came by a couple of times each. Piglet is DD18's favorite, and we got some really cute pictures. $108.26 Grade A

Lunch: We just had some popcorn and drinks using oursnack credits. And bought some funnel cake at Blizzard Beach.

Dinner: SCi Fi Dine In Theater. We were pretty hungry by the time we got there. Apps: onion rings, spinach artichoke dip (Very Good), house salad, and BLT soup. Dinner: REuben sandwich, 2 steak dinners, BBQ chicken sandwich and kid's butter pasta. Desserts were huge!!!: 2 Chocolate tarts, a chocolate sundae and 2 apple crisps. $143.26- we had to pay OOP for the child's meal, since we used one of our TS credits for DH's sister at Boma-$15.00 Grade B

Friday Januray 13
Breakfast: bought a breakfast platter, a couple of bagels and a muffin to share at Everything Pop food court. We used snack coupons for drinks.

Lunch: Earl of Sandwich. DD18 was hungry earlier than we had planned lunch, so she bought a value meal at McD's in Downtown Disney. It was $5.89. At E of S we had The Full Mantague, The Original, and 2 Chicken Caesar salads. Dessert: a cupcake, 2 cookies and a brownie. $36.10 Grade A

Dinner: Everything Pop food court after we returned from seeing Wishes. It was very crowded and not too clean, but the food was passable. I can't seem to find any of our food court receipts. But again I estimate it to be about $50.00 Grade C

Saturday January 14
Breakfast: Since we had 6 counter serve credits left, I used 1 for a breakfast platter and drink. We purchased another bagel and muffin to share.

Lunch: Everything Pop. We were leaving on the Magical Express at 1:45, so we ran to the food court to have a quick lunch before heading out to the bus. I had the loaded nachos. They were very good. NOt sure again what everyone else had. About $50.00. Grade B

We did use our snack credits evryday, but since it wasn't so hot we weren't too thirsty. And since we ate so much at mealtime, we weren;t too hungry!!! For the airport wait and the plane we had enough credits to get 5 drinks and 6 Rice krispie bars.

Overall, we loved the dining plan and would definitely buy it again for future trips. We did not waste too much food. If anything was not eaten, it was desserts. Some of them we did take back to the room and eat later that night or the next morning for breakfast. (We're on vacation. It's ok to have pudding or cake for breakfast). After figuring out what we spent on the dining plan and what we were charged for our meals, we saved just over $700.00 for the 7 days we were there. Granted we would not have ordered what we did, but we would have spent amost what we did and not have gotten as much!! So it was a great value for us.

Thank you for the food report! Very nicely written and informative. I agree about the dining plan, it was worth it for us, and I'd get it again.

Enjoyed reading your reviews ~ Thanx for posting.

Thanks for stating exactly what you got. It is easier to see how much food you actually get on the dining plan!!! :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsgirl: :earsgirl:

cshaffer21,

I love that dessert for breakfast philosophy when on vacation! :teeth:

Thanks for the great reviews. Our family also loved the dining plan!
