I liked your reviews. I am intrigued by the Grand Floridian review. I have my ADR's for my next trip, but may need to change one to try the GF cafe. It sounded like your best meal!

Thank you so much for the great reviews. Very nicely done.

But what's up with Disney and overcooking the steaks? Usually it's the other way around........if you bring a customer a steak that isn't done ENOUGH, they can cook it some more.......if it's overdone......well, you've got to start over. And chefs usually don't like to cook a steak past medium. In our restaurant, the chef would make a bad face and growl if we came back to him with an order that was for well done. I'm not even going to repeat what he would say..... Anyhoo.......good to know because we are going to Concourse steak house our first night. Thanks to you, I'll know how to order.
