Dining Review (5/21-25)

Info: Me (28) DS (8) and my parents

5/21-Arrived late so we ate at Pop food court. I had the moms night out special - Buttermilk chicken- it was actually good. I enjoyed it. My parents had cheese burgers- they said they were ok and DS had a pizza-which he loved.

5/22-
Breakfast-Pop food court- DS, me and dad had pancakes w/ bacon, mom had a cinnamon bun. Everyone was happy w/ their selections.

Lunch-Rainforest Cafe AK- Us adults all had burgers-didn't enjoy, DS had pizza again. We weren't thrilled w/ the food here at all. Liked the atmosphere of it but not the food. Would NOT recommend anyone going here.

Dinner-Earl of Sandwich/McDonalds-My dad and I had sandwiches- which were EXCELLANT!!; Mom and DS had McDonalds. I guess they liked it.

5/23-
Breakfast-Pop food court-DS and dad have pancakes w/ bacon, mom had the cinnamon bun again and I had cereal. Everyone was happy again!

Lunch-Don't recall

Dinner-Mama Melrose fantasmic package-First we received a special menu w/ very few chooses on it because it was the fantasmic package. Dad ordered the steak-he liked it alot. Mom and I couldn't find anything on the menu that we wanted so we both ordered pasta w/ sauce. I loved mine. It was really good. Mom thought it was spicey so didn't eat much of it-dad finished it up for her. DS had pizza agian. Over all we were really satisfied w/ this restaurant. We would eat here again.

5/24-
Breakfast-Pop food court-same as 5/23.

Lunch-Harbour House-Parents had a sandwich (can't think of the name) but it was ham w/ broccili slaw on it. Well my parents LOVED it. They are still talking about it and we have been home for a week. DS and I had chicken strips. They were good but nothing I would talk about for a week afterwards.

Dinner-Liberty Tavern character family style dinner-The menu changed since I was there in November. We were served salad, roll, turkey, ham, roast beef, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans and cranbury cobbler. Dad really like the roast beef but no one else ate much. I loved this place in November-thought it was a great meal. But not this time around. The ham and turkey were REALLY dry. Dad loved the roast beef but mom and I didn't like the seasoning on it. Potatoes were cold, cobbler was horrible. We felt really rushed out of this restaurant. VERY disappointed.

5/25-
Breakfast-Pop food court-same as 5/23

Lunch-Le Cellar-Mom had a burger-she thought it was just ok. DS had nuggets-he liked them but how hard is it to mess up nuggets; Dad and I had steaks-we really enjoyed them. Thought this was a great choice and would recommend it.

Dinner-Pop food court- I had Penne-it was soggy. DS had chicken nuggets-liked them. Mom had cereal and dad had Penne w/ meatballs.

We obviouly had numerous snacks-Mickey ears, cookies, Dole Whips, Ghiradella ice cream (YUMMMMM) etc.

Could you tell me what was on the FDP menu at Mama Melrose. I have done the package there a few times and never had a limited menu. Others have reported getting this "special" menu but I've yet to hear what is actually on it. I'd love to hear a first hand report.

I can't recall much of the menu since none of it appealed to me. I do know they had steak; rigitoni w/ sausages; and a few other items. Sorry I can't be more helpful . I know they only had like 6 entrees. I know they also had 4 deserts on it. It was very small menu.
