Part of our group will be staying at a deluxe WDW hotel the third week in January. The rest of the group will be staying at Shades of Green (the military hotel.) The deluxe group can schedule their dinner reservations with one phone call for the length of stay as soon as their 1st day of stay reaches the 180-day mark. The military people have to schedule each day at the 180-day mark. Can the deluxe group make reservations for a table that accommodates everyone -- 7 family members total.
FWIW, the deluxe people are also scooter driving grand parents, so they want to stay at a hotel with monorail access. (Grandma really hates trying to steer the scooter onto the bus.) The military people can't afford the deluxe, and would be stupid to pass up the rate they can get at Shades of Green.
We'll also have a similar problem scheduling fast passes at the 30-day mark vs the 60-day mark, but with three young kids in tow, the emphasis will be on rides that won't require fast passes, especially in January.
