Dumb question but...

Do I call MS to make dining reservations? If not, then where do I call?

You can call MS's number for dining, but I usually call 1-800-828-0228.

If you call MS, you will be transferred to Dining anyway, so I just call dining direct. You can use the 800 number above, or 407-WDW DINE, if you have free long distance.
