Dining Reservations: Please help

My 60 day window for dining reservations opened this morning for the week of 12/18-12/26. There was nothing available at all when I logged on very first thing this morning and all throughout the day. I called and FINALLY got through to someone who then transferred me to dining reservations but the call was disconnected. I am wondering if anyone is able to book reservations that week and whether it truly is just fully booked OR if there is an issue with the website or my reservation. HELP!

Are you staying at a Disney hotel or a good neighbor hotel? I think several staying at Good Neighbors reported similar issues yesterday but were able to call and get things booked.

We are staying at the Disney Swan Reserve

Since the Swan isn't technically Disney owned, I'd call back on the Disney dining reservation number. They should be able to help.

What I noticed is nothing seems to be available and then after midnight, all kinds of reservations load for the next day. Just now I’m looking for today (it’s after midnight), and you could have your pick of so many hard to get tables and dessert parties. I’m thinking I will just have to wing it and be comfortable with booking day of after midnight.

Good to know, thank you! I'm such a planner and the end of FP and most of the "extra" packages has me totally flustered, LOL. I woke up early and can now book for 12/19... lots available and I got what I wanted. Nothing showing available for the remainder of the week. I guess I will have to do this each day this week? I don't remember ever having to book this way before but at least I know the site is working.

Just posted a thread saying my experience yesterday at my 60 + 10 day was the exact opposite. No problems and got all we wanted but did have to play around a bit on the site-- often finding no availability one way but found availability when searching a different way. We are staying on property.
