Dining reservations not showing in MDE?

Hi everyone, I couldn't get the MDE app or website to work making my dining reservations when the window opened up so I made all my reservations over the phone, now over two weeks later my reservations are still not showing on the website or the app. I did get the confirmation numbers from the woman on the phone and she said they should show up in MDE and I should recieve confirmation emails for each dining reservation but neither of those things have happened.

Should I be concerned? I have the confirmation numbers written down but I feel like the dining reservations should be showing up in the app. I usually always do my own reservations online and never had an issue, but of course this time the website and app weren't working so I had no choice but to do it on the phone. I hope there isn't a problem with my dining reservations, but I'm neverous about it.

I would call them. I had several ADR's booked once but only one of them was missing from MDE. When I called, they said it was still there, but for whatever reason, I couldn't see it. It took along time for IT to figure out a way to make me see the reservation, but I finally could.

Have you tried linking them yourself with the confirmation numbers?
