Dining Reservations made...1 more ?? please!

We are going to WDW from Sept 5-19, staying at POR. We are on the dining plan...of course...lol. What snacks can a child get? Is it the same as an adult snack?

Also...Boatwrights...has anyone eaten there recently and do you have a "favorite" dish??

Children snacks are the same as adult snacks...I cannot answer your question about Boatright's though...have not been there lately.

We have stayed at POR and eaten at the restaurant and the food was great. It has been about 3 years since we were there.

I know breakfast isn't included in the dining plan, but their sweet potato pancakes for breakfast is really good.

I have a VERY picky 3 year old grandson and thought the snack credits would be a good way to get him to eat small amounts of food, several times a day... he operates better this way!!

Are you asking about Boatwright's for breakfast or dinner? We have never done breakfast; we did dinner last year on our last night at Disney and it was terrible. If you do a search, there was a thread about Boatwright's not being good for dinner.

We've eaten at Boatwrights for breakfast 12/07 and it was wonderful. The stuffed french toast is great.

Using your sit down dining cr is fine. You get a drink, and OJ and breakfast entree.

I love it here but the Buffets/Character Meals are a way better value for the dining credits. More bang for your buck/credits. You should really try it though.

Thank you for the tips. We are going to try one dinner at Boatwrights and possibly have one breakfast there also.
