we will be in the parks June 2nd, 5th and June 7th.
There are ten of us. 6 adults and 4 kids what restaurants can we/ should we make reservations for while we are there.

We are not looking for character dinning or anything fancy but want to. Are sure we have at least one meal a day we can sit down and eat together.

Table Service, not character & not fancy?
Carnation Cafe. Riverbelle Terrace.

Others, but check the menus:
Cafe Orleans
Wine Country Tratoria
Rainforest Cafe (in DtD where you exit the monorail)

I would make dining reservations for any place you're sure you want to eat. Some places won't be able to seat you at all without a reservation. Of the ones that will, I have to think the wait could be pretty long for such a large party.

We had a party of 10 a couple years ago - vast age range from grandparents down to kindergarten.
We had a dinner reservation at Goofy's kitchen and had quite a wait to be seated.
We also went to Storytellers one night and that worked out well because some got the buffet and some ordered from the menu ... not sure if they still do that ... but I don't remember a wait here.

Good luck! should be a fun trip!

Oh gosh- YES TO MAKING RESERVATIONS! A party of 10 won't stand a chance of in park table service together without reservations that time of year.

Always love Storytellers! Last July we ate there with a group of 7 without reservations and it was not too bad actually. if you can make reservations I would just to be safe

Our party of 10 did Rainforest Cafe, Carnation Cafe, Blue Bayou, River Belle Terrace, and breakfast with Minnie and friends at Plaza Inn! Have fun!

Look over the menus on allears.net. Choose your favorite restaurants. Then call the Dine Line (for a party that big, I don't think you'll be able to reserve online) to make reservations for all the places where you want to eat.

Just be aware that you will need to credit card guarantee any reservation. It has to be cancelled the day before to avoid a penalty ($10 per person in your party) if you don't show up.

I agree, that any place you want to eat that takes reservations, you have to make them. Most places were reservations only for all parties last week.

Some of our favorites for large groups include Storyteller's, Carnation Cafe, Jazz Kitchen and ESPNZone.

You can make it then online. I've done it for parties of 16 online before. That said, I would make it as close to the 60 days as you can and most reservations for large parties fill up fast.

My favorite for a big party Carnation Cafe, Naples, Carthay Circle, Storyteller for dinner, Plaza Inn for Minne and friends breakfast. I tend to make one reservation a day for a late lunch be flexible with your time. Good luck!

Then it may depend on the location. I know that whenever I've tried to make online reservations for a party larger than 5 for CCR, NR, or BB, no availability shows up. But if I call for the same time and date, the CM can usually find me an opening. CMs have told me that for larger groups, it can be easier to call if that is an option. They can swing a little magic if needed, which isn't usually the case when working online.

Interesting! I've never had problems at CCR or BB (never done NR) and I almost always book parties of 8-12. I do know BB has very limited seating for larger parties, so they are hard to come by. Calling probably works just as well, but I've made all of mine online so just wanted the OP to know it was possible.
