Dining reservation ?

we have 6 in our group staying at AoA. Can one in our group book dining or just the person who name the reservation is in? Thanks. My daughter works and is wanting me to book dining and fast pass.

Figured as long as we are all are on reservation any one of us could book dining through Disney experience. Thanks it never hurts to make sure.
