Dining reservation when staying off site

If we are staying off sight, can we still make reservations for dining at the 180 day mark?

Absolutely! You can make ADR's whether you're staying on-site or not.

The only disadvantage to staying offsite is you don't get the 180+10 - you'll have to make reservations a day at a time (day one at 180 days out from arrival, day two the next day, day three the day after that, etc.).
