Dining Reservation Retrieval Problems?

Has anyone else had trouble retriving Dining Reservations through Walt Disney World Website?

In my profile, under "My Reservations", it shows 5 of my dining reservations. But if I want to view a different reservation, it says to "Retrieve your reservation by confirmation number>". So, I click the link, type in my reservation # and phone number and I get a message that says it can't process my reservation #. I've tried over the past 2 weeks without success.

Sure, I know I can just call and cancel, but its so much easier to do online. Has anyone else had problems with the Reservation Retrieval process? :confused3
 
This has happened to me before, and it was because on one reservation I had accidentally typed one number wrong in my phone number when I made the resservation, and I hadn't realized it at that time.
 
This has happen to a bunch of us because of Disney's latest "upgrades". When I didn't see 2 of my 4 reservations I called Disney and they found them,I just couldn't see them. Some people noted that there reservations were canceled. I would call Disney just to make sure.:goodvibes
 
I had this happen to me last week when I went to check on our reservations for next month. Only 2 of my 11 ADR's came up. :confused3 Needless to say, I was on the phone to Disney Dining very quickly. They were able to verify that all my ADR's were there, which was a great relief since our trip extends into Thanksgiving week. :) I think I gained a few more gray hairs on my head, but at least all turned out well. ::MinnieMo
 

I get a different response each time I check it. Sometimes it can't retrieve them, sometimes it says I don't have any. Fortunately I still have the e-mails with the confirmatin numbers. In general, I have to say that the passholder website is a serious disappointment in terms of helping you plan a vacation.
 
I just got a good scare!! I have 16 dining reservations for upcoming trips in November and December and only 1 was showing online. :headache: Then when I tried to "retrieve" by ADR # I got an error code. :eek: I was most concerned about the CP package which had been such an ordeal to book!! :sad1:

I just got off the phone with Disney Dining. Everything is there. CM told me that since this recent "system upgrade" they've been busy confirming reservations! :flower3:
 
As others have said, unfortunately it is a common problem right now. Check out this thread for all of the latest info on the glitch and fix.
