We are checking in August 7, staying til Aug 11.

On June 7, will I be able to also book for Aug 11?

What time do the dining reservations open? Is it at midnight?

I know many places are not open still... we are hoping for availability for Chef Mickey's. But, Are any of the locations with princesses planning to be open soon? Hoping to take my 4 yr old to see her beloved princesses.

Nothing has been announced. Cinderella's Royal Table is open, but only Cinderella is appearing currently (socially distanced).

60 days would be June 8th. You can book your dining for the 4 days on June 8th. It opens up 6 am eastern online and 7 am on the phone.
I always do the same thing... I forget it’s 60 days, not 2 months!

With an August reservation, you may want to bite the bullet and try to see Cindy at the castle. The location alone will enhance the magic for your DD even if there aren’t more princesses there.

That is a good idea. Her favorite princesses are Ariel and Elsa, so I was hoping that Akershus would be opened by August. But, dining in the castle might be a next best thing, if I can grab reservations for that. lol

Just wanted to double check you are staying at an on-site hotel? If so then yes, you can book dining for your whole trip, if not you have to book dining for each day at 60 days from that day.

We thought "distanced Cinderella" at CRT was great. She spent a lot of time talking to my princess-obsessed 5 year old from 6 feet away. It was still very magical. Unfortunately, they are not giving away the wands/swords any more, and my kids were disappointed so I bit the bullet and bought them the same toys from the beanstalk gift shop just outside the castle. So just be forewarned it may cost a little more than you think if you've been before and your kids are expecting a toy (and if you are a sucker like me who can't resist spoiling her kiddos at disney)!

Yes, we are staying on site. (We always stay on site :earsgirl: )

I have never had luck trying to get a reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table before. But, now that dining is limited to 60 days out, I may have a chance, as we sometimes booked less than 6 months in advance before. I know it was 180 days before.

I am guessing the only other area for princess sightings is in a parade, right? Are they still doing those?

If CRT is your most sought after reservation - you need to do it first - right at the 6:00am Eastern time mark - it will book up so quick those will be gone within minutes!

Dinner books up quick, but we've done three post-Covid trips including spring break and we noticed lunch was much easier to book--we could have booked there every day of our trip if we wanted to. So keep that in mind if you don't see a dinner opening. I have done both and actually prefer lunch to get a break from the heat, especially now that QS at WDW is such a zoo with mobile order, and a lot of the other TS have gone pricy prix-fixe at lunch (BOG, LTT, CP).

I was booking this morning at my 60 day for the first week of August. There was VERY limited availability all around. I was on right at 6am. It seemed like the most availability was at MK (Tony's, Plaza, Skipper). I started at the end of my trip and worked back. I had a hard time finding much in Epcot for dinner and nothing in DHS for end of the week. I booked what I could, then went back and checked each day again, and it seemed like a few additional things opened up. I was able to then grab Sci Fi lunch (what I wanted) and San Angel Dinner (wanted Via Napoli). I was pretty irritated considering outside of Sci Fi we weren't looking for any of the popular stuff. I really hope more availability pops up as we get closer. I will keep checking.

I'm off property, so today is the start of my daily 60 day reservations. After I made the one reservation I wanted, I messed around with reservations on the site, and it is so glitchy. Sometimes it would tell me there was nothing available, then in a few more searches at the same restaurant, multiple times would pop up, then they'd be gone again. This was happening whether I selected a generic meal time or a specific time. It might be worth checking to see if this is happening at some of the restaurants you're looking for.

Also had to call to reserve Capture Your Moment. The calendar won't go past July 31st for some reason. Glitchy, glitchy.

Yeah, I was having a ton of issues through the website, very glitchy. I had much better luck through my phone. I did notice a few things open up as I checked back through the morning here or there. I also think with having a party of 5 it limits our options, there seemed to be more availability with a party of 4. I'll keep checking, but the app seems much less glitchy.

I also found it to be very glitchy today, I have a split stay so I was only trying to book one restaurant this time but it has definitely made me nervous for my next 60-day on Saturday.

If I check in August 8 to Swan for 5 nights, I can make reservations starting June 9, correct? And my 3 days pre and 1 day post will be one day at a time reservations? Man I feel like I haven't done this in forever.

I booked this morning, too, and I couldn’t book anything through the app. I could only book through the website. We were able to get the ADRs we wanted, but not necessarily on the days we wanted. I couldn’t get anything until August 4th (of the restaurants we wanted).
