Dining res require park res?

We have our CBR reservations for November, but have not purchased tickets and therefore have not made park reservations. Will I be able to make dining reservations in the parks at the 60 day mark without park reservations?

Yes, you can make the reservations for dining without having park reservations in advance. Just make sure to make your park reservations at some point or you won't be able to dine there.

And just remember no hopping (at least now), so if you make an ADR for an Epcot restaurant, you have to schedule Epcot that day. (MK ADR = MK that day. And so on.)
