We are considering the deluxe dining plan to eat at signature restaurants most nights.
Is coffee a choice as our included drink?

I don't eat mushrooms and soooo many menu items have mushrooms.
Are most places able to accommodate leaving off mushrooms?

we're not coffee drinkers so i can't answer that part, but as for leaving off items from a food item, yes they can and have always been able to accommodate.
