I have a trip booked for 10/14-19. Have I waited too long to get reservations at the best restaurants? Any advice? Also, should I call every week to see if there have been any cancellations for the Cinderella breakfast? Has anyone had dinner with Cinderella at 1900 Park Fare? If so, how was it?
I think it may depend on how many is in your party.
I read all the time about people waiting for that 180-day point when they can hurry and book all their ADRs. I book mine about a month or so in advance of our trip.. sometimes less
I have never NOT gotten the restaurant of my choice. There are only 2 of us though.. maybe it's easier?
I made reservations about 5 weeks before our 10 days on property from June 23 - July 3. I got: Le Cellier, Spoodles, Cape May Cafe, Chefs Du France, Beirgarten, Boma, Coral Reef, Ohanas, Jiko's. While I was in the World we cancelled for Jiko & Le Cellier the first night. I rebooked Le Cellier while we were there and got a reservation. We also booked Boma again & Garden Grill while we were there with no problem.
Last Dec we ate at Ankershaus (princess interaction) and 1900 Park Fare (very nice princess interaction there with Cinderella and others), along with Beirgarten & Boma (twice).. and those reservations I booked about 2 weeks before we left because it was a last minute decision trip.
We've never tried for Cinderella's Royal Table. I hear it's VERY hard though.
It can't hurt to try booking the restaurant you want.. if you can't get it, keep trying. I'm sure there are daily cancellations.
