We'll have 3 kids on our trip, nearly 2 (girl), 4, and 7 (boys).

We've settled on our reservations (I think). We don't love buffets, but we LOVE character meals. Our nearly-2 eats a TON while our 4 year old doesn't eat that much so we tried to take advantage of family-style meals as much as possible.

Character meals in bold.

So we have:
1900 Park Fare dinner (buffet)
Askershus Breakfast (only partial buffet)

Coral Reef dinner (menu)
Ohana breakfast (family style)
Garden Grill dinner (family style)

Mama Melrose lunch FDP (menu)
Ohana dinner (family style)
Tusker House breakfast (buffet)
Hollywood & Vine lunch (buffet)

Be Our Guest (menu)

So, what do you think? :confused3 Do you think Garden Grill AND Tusker House breakfast is overkill? We've done Tusker House breakfast once before and LOVED the food there.

In our situation, since we're mostly fixed-price meals and character buffets, it looks like we'll be best off getting the DDP.

Chef Mickey's didn't make the list because I hated it last time we went, and my children don't care about Winnie the Pooh so no Crystal Palace. (Actually, they don't know the princesses either, but those are for mom :rotfl2:)

I've only been to 3 of your choices. But here are my thoughts.

Coral Reef was a definite plus. Our food was really good (crab legs and fillet. Not sure the crab legs are still available) and the atmosphere was cool. Kids meals are better here than most places. My son had Mahi Mahi.

We loved 1900 PF (except we went for breakfast). The Grand Floridian is beautiful and our food was also good. I've read some nice reviews of the dinner and the hilarity of the Step Sisters.

Mama Melrose with Fantasmic! pkg was the highlight of our trip. Best way to do Fantasmic! with small kids in my opinion. When you go in to the stadium, you walk right to your seats and can actually sit wherever you want. And again, good food. Actually it was great. We ordered the steak.

I've always wanted to go to Ohana breakfast, so I def agree with that choice.

Have fun.
