Next July my dw, ds, dd, and their spouses are staying at BW. Ordinarily we don't eat out a lot, maybe two or three sit down meals and another three or four counter service meals. Does anyone have suggestions how we might adapt a plan to suit our party? We are staying on points. DW and I also have annual passes. We've never done a dining plan before. Obviously I don't want to pay for something I won't use and would like to use it strategically. That sounds funny. Strategic dining. Anyway, HELP.

You can now split your visit when staying on points and get the DP for only a portion of the visit even if staying at the same resort. You will have two reservations with separate numbers even though it is all at BWV. You will not have to change rooms. Then you can get the DP for just one of the ressies and pay OOP for the other time. Since you have AP's, you might want to also consider the TIW card that gives you a 20% discount on TS meals at most restaurants (an 18% gratuity is automatically added) and then pay OOP for CS meals.
