Dining Plan?

We did not get the free dining and I was wondering if you thought it was worth paying for? It will just be me and my DH. We were wondering if there were many restrictions on the menus? Are there a lot of items on the menus you need to pay extra for? Thanks!

We have free dining but I had actually booked the dining plan before it was offered free. I think it is totally worth it. The only restaurant that I'm aware of that you may have to pay for some things is Planet Hollywood. It's just myself and dd7 going so I would have cost us $45 a day. When I figured up how much it would have cost us to eat just at a character meal, it would easily be $45 after tax and tip. It's almost like getting the cs meal and snack free. I think it's well worth it. Almost all restaurants are on the list although a select amount of them take 2 ts meals as do the dinner shows. I would go for it, you'll save a lot of money.

hey the same here with us we were going to pay for the plan. There is no way we could eat for 35 including tax and tip per person. So when the free one came out it was a wonderful present. We have never eaten at a Table Service restaurant before as we felt we could not afford it. Got by with sandwiches in room etc. So when I saw the plan (prior to free) I knew it was the thing to do. Go to allearsnet.com. They have the menus and info on the dining plan. Search for threads on this site you will find many post and 99% are highly recommending the plan.

Thanks for your help, we booked it with dining today!
We looked at the menus and between us we will eat more than $70 a day. We also got an ADR at CRT for dinner on my birthday and it's less than a month away!
