To add a dining plan do you have to bundle your room and tickets as a package or can you do everything a la carte? Trying to decide between a package and booking the room and tickets separately but I DO want a dining plan (more so I can worry less about how much I'm spending on food during the trip than about saving money necessarily).

You can do a "ticketless package" which would be room + dining plan. However, you cannot book it online. You have to call. And some CMs may not be familiar with the term, so you may need to hang up and call again to get a different CM.
