Is it really worth it? Seems like its not too bad of a deal, but I dont know?

You have to weigh that for yourself, and decide if your main interest in the plan is the possibility of saving money, or the possibility of more convenience regarding restaurant ordering. Especially with the price increases, as for many parties it takes more "work" to save money now.

As Nala said, only you can decide that for your family. You need to do some work to determine what works for you.
What is your dining pattern? Do you eat a sit down meal every day? Would you eat dessert at lunch and dinner every day? Do you like planning 6 months or more in advance (if you have the basic or deluxe plans you will need to make your TS ADR's up to 180 days in advance). Do you want to spend 90 minutes a day in a sit down restaurant or are you more "on the fly" folks?
You can do a price comparison if you look at the menus here on the DIS or on allears.net. For a couple of days look at what you would normally order and add up the cost and compare it to the cost of the DDP. This will give you an idea of if you will save money or not. How important is having everything paid for in advance to you? That is another factor to consider.
The DDP is not for everyone.

With your two girls, it COULD save you money if you want to do a lot of character meals.

You can also just schedule one or two character meals and do quick service for all your other meals and come out way under what the DDP will cost you.

So, as others have said, you need to determine how your family wants to eat and then see if the cost of the plan is worth it to you.

Have fun! Looking at all the restaurants and their menus is work, but it can be fun to dream as well.
