Dining Plan

I was looking at the Dining Plan brochure on the Disney World website, it looks like a lot of the places listed for 2010 are not on there for 2011 such as pretty much no where in Downtown Disney. Has something changed or have they just not been added yet? Help Please! Thanks in advance
