Yes - the credits are pooled for the room, not tied to an individual. You could use them after she leaves. Thanks everyone. I didn't know she'd have to buy the plan for the nights she won't be there--that seems a little odd. So if my sister left after two nights--we'd have her remaining TS & CS? It would seem a waste not to use them since we've paid for them--right? Has anyone ever done this?

I agree it is a lot of food. You could get separate reservations but you'd have to check out then back in again and MIGHT have to change rooms. Thanks everyone for your help. You saved me many minutes of holding time at MS! I think we'll skip the dining plan this trip. It is our first trip as DVC members and I'd like to make some use of the kitchen plus I made a few ADRs for places that give the DVC 10% discount. The DP is great but it's really just too much food--plus with my DSis's extra credits--it would be a waste.
Thanks again everyone!
There is no minimum stay when staying at a DVC resort on points, however, everyone in the room must purchase it for the entire length of the reservation.
