Dining Plan short on restaurants?

I'm booked for a split stay in September and have purchased the Premium and Platinum plans. I'm looking over the '09 Premium brochure
( http://adisneyworld.disney.go.com/m...specific/eng/nontheme/tickets/2009Premium.pdf ) and it seems to be missing quite a few restaurants. Is this just incomplete or are there really that many places not participating?

The brochure in this link is dated 7/31/08 and does not have any of the non-Disney-owned restaurants listed. These were added to the meal plans in December 2008, so any brochure dated before that wouldn't have them.

Although the dining plan brochures have been updated with inclusion of the participating non-Disney restaurants, we haven't been able to find updated brochures for the premium or platinum plans. Doesn't mean they don't exist, just that Disney hasn't posted them yet.

I'd suggest using a brochure for the 2008 plans, since all the same restaurants appear to be participating in all meal plans. (The 2008 brochure would of course not list the T-Rex restaurant at DTD, which does participate in the 2009 premium and platinum plans)

2008 Platinum brochure - looks like the restaurant list is slightly different for Platinum (it includes Victoria & Albert's)
