Dining plan/separate rooms question

A friend asked me this and I didn't know the answer since we don't usually do the dining plan. They are a family of 5 and have booked 2 rooms and the dining plan - mom and 2 kids are in 1 room and dad and the other in the second room. How does this work for the dining plan? Are the dining credits on each individual room card or are the ones for each room just on the card for the adult in that room? They have a character breakfast booked one morning for mom and kids while dad plays golf. Will that be a problem for the child who is on the room with dad? Hope this makes sense.

Thanks!

Laurie

Each KTTW will have credits for the occupants of the room. The child in the Dads room will have a KTTW for entry to the parks. Just give the server that card and they will apply the TS credit. You could also just take the TS off your card and use the other card next time. But if the child is under 9 you would have to show each card. Hope this makes sense! :cutie:

It depends on how the reservation was made. If both rooms are under one reservation number, all the credits will be on all the cards. If there are 2 reservation numbers, it will be separated by room.

You are not supposed to be able to use more credits than on the card so if it is separate reservations, both cards will be needed.

If they booked the rooms together, and requested connecting rooms (though, that's not guaranteed), their credits will all be on each card. [And even if the ressies for those two rooms are linked, but not connecting, I think it should work.]
My card said 2 adults, 6 kids.
If she made two separate ressies, have her call back, and link the ressies, and request CONNECTING rooms.
She might not even know that's an option.
I only ever had to hand them one card and tell them who was on it.
If that doesn't work, the extra child will have to have their card along, but that's always a good idea to have the tickets for your immediate party on you at all times.
