Dining plan resort pool bars - magic band access?

We have stayed at OKW before and the QS location near the pool was accessible to anyone. I have heard though that some poolside bars / restaurants are only accessible with a magic band by those people staying in the resort. We have the dining plan and are planning a few resort hopping days (research for future stays ) so I was wondering if anyone knows which QS locations are out of bounds. We won't be tailgating anyone or trying to break the rules. Thanks all!

The Oasis Pool Bar at the Polynesian is behind the pool gates so you can only access it if you are staying there. You can still access the Barefoot Pool Bar at the Lava Pool though.

I believe Leaping Horse Libations (Boardwalk) and Uzima Springs Pool Bar (Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House) are also behind the pool fences if I remember correctly.

I have NOT stayed at every resort, so I cannot speak to all locations, but…..

As previous-post indicates, there are some pools where access is restricted and those same pools may have a service-bar that requires a resort-stay.

However, I cannot recall any of the QS being off-limits, unless you are counting the potato chips from any of those service-bars as being inaccessible.

In other words, restaurants are accessible to all visitors to a resort, but some service-bars will not be accessible.

Jambo house pool also behind a fence but as of my last trip there in October 2018 a magic band was not required to open gate.

At the pool at Jambo, there is a path to the back of the pool bar where you don't have to enter the fence.

Hurricane Hannah’s at Y&BC can be accessed from outside the fence. It’s a nice walk around the boardwalk there, but the food has never been anything special.

We liked the food and service at Beaches pool bar at GF, but I can’t remember if you needed a band to access it.

We hope to be able to eat at the Oasis Pool Bar & Grill .They have better choices in food & cocktails than the other CS at Poly. Will they let us in to eat or order from there?

No. That pool requires you to scan your band to gain access to it and the grill.
