Dining Plan Quick Service Credits for 9 and under vs 10+

When we last went in September 2010, we were told there was no distinction between the dining plan quick service credits once you got to the cash and they swiped your card which meant my son who was 4 wasn't limited to the "Kids' Picks" menu.

Is this still the case?

Children must order children's offerings at CS locations when there are children's meals offered at the location.
