I see there is a 2014 Snack dining plan list. Is that still pretty accurate? Is there a new 2016 one anywhere? Would like to try and not waste our snack credits! Thanks.

Also, I don't see a breakdown anywhere on what is included in QS and TS. I even printed out 2016 Disney Dining Plan! Is it the following:
QS = meal, drink, dessert
TS = 1 app, meal, drink, dessert
Thanks!

If you are doing the regular dining plan, you do not get an appetizer with a TS meal. I think you still do with the deluxe plan, but definitely not with the regular dining plan.

When it comes to snack credits, our plan has generally been if it costs around $5 and you are buying it anyway, then use a snack credit. One year we worried about where to use them too much and ended up with a bunch left over on our final day. We ended up using them all on candy and stuff to bring home, but wished we had just used them as we went along.

The 2014 list was kept pretty well through mid 2015. The items listed should all still be snacks, but there are probably some new ones out there that aren't on the list.

Regular dining plan (the 1 qs, 1 ts, 1 snack per night version), appetizer is not included at TS. Everything else is correct.

OK...thanks! Not sure where I got the appetizer thing.

I'm fairly certain that the regular dining plan did used to include an appetizer at a TS restaurant. Now it's just the deluxe that has the appetizer. Maybe that's where you got it from...

Very possible then. We were on the dining plan one other time and it was 4 or 6 years ago.....thanks!

We had the regular DDP in 2011 (5 years ago), and it didn't include an appetizer at a TS restaurant, so if it was included, it must have been before then.

Check the brochure here https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/m...alog/WaltDisneyWorld/en_us/PDF/2016Dining.pdf

A quick service meal is entree, dessert (or eligible snack) and drink (or snack). Many quick service entrees are combos, so you get burger and fries, or smoked ribs and beans & coleslaw. But some (mainly salads) you get the entree only.
At table service you get entree, dessert and drink. The entree includes whatever is listed on the menu, all other sides are additional cost.
Snacks are always marked at snack counters and quick service locations using the the purple DDP logo.

Alcoholic drinks are never included.

No "ifs" about it, it was included for our 2008 trip, but I think that was the last year. We enjoyed it VERY much.

We had appetizers and gratuities included in 2007, can't remember if appetizers were included in 2008, but I know gratuities were no longer included. In 2010 appetizers were definitely gone from the regular plan.

YUP...Appetizers were on the Regular TS DDP in 2007 and 2008...
We didn't use DDP again until 2011 and it was gone then.

Up until 2008, there was only one dining plan, and for a TS meal it included appetizer, entrée, dessert, a nonalcoholic beverage, and an 18% gratuity. (And it was only $35-37 per night for adults.)

Big changes happened starting in 2008.

This is exactly what we had - I loved the gratuity being added! We went in 2008. We went in '10 and '12 too but stayed offsite. Thanks!

I'm glad you enjoyed having the appetizer included in the DDP in 2008. We had free dining back in 2011, so it would have been a plus to have the appetizer included, but it's not too upsetting that it wasn't. We're not big eaters, and as I recall, we always had too much food already, so I can't imagine an appetizer on top of that! Still, some of the appetizers on menus look more appealing than the entrees, so having the option of an appetizer would have been nice!
