So with the dining plan, I know you get 1 quick service and 1 table service for each day you are there and you can use them however which way you like- if you wanted to do one more table service than your dining plan technically allows, can you just pay for it out of pocket? How does that work? I was just curious, there are so many great restaurants to choose from :)

Yes, you can pay any way you want. You are not limited to credits just because our are on the dining plan.

Also, if you wish, you can use your 2 of your TS credits for a Signature meal (as well as CRT, Luau, etc.). For the "missed" meal, you can pay OOP and you can, of course, choose any restaurant (TS or QS) when paying OOP for a meal.

There is an "art" to saving money when mixing DDP with OOP. Take time to crunch some numbers. Some restaurants are better choices than others to pay OOP. For example, Plaza Restaurant tends to cost less than the typical TS, so it's usually a good candidate if you need to pay OOP for a TS meal. Don't use a DDP credit for Plaza and pay OOP for a more expensive TS meal. Another example, Wolfgang Puck Express in DTD Marketplace is a great QS choice, but more expensive than other QS options. So you're much better off using a DDP credit for WPE and paying OOP for a less expensive QS elsewhere.
