Can you combine quick service credits to get a table service meal? Can you combine snacks to get a quick service meal?

No trading up. You cannot trade CS credits for a TS meal or snack credits for a CS meal.

However, you can use snack credits to put together a meal by choosing individual items that are available for snack credits. Here's the confirmed snack list:

No but you can make a pretty delicious lunch from fudge, a Mickey Ice Cream bar and some popcorn.
