I have some questions about the dining plan.

Can we ever get breakfast as our quick service meal? Also, if we want to eat at the Food Court at Art of Animation where we are staying does that count as a quick service meal?

We have a reservation at the Sci-Fi Dine in Theater @ 8:05 PM on 11/12 and DHS is scheduled to close at 8 PM that day but has EMH until 11PM. Do restaurants typically serve people after the park is closed? Is that a very different experience than when it is open?

We wanted to do a late dinner because we are wanting to see Fantasmic @ 6:30PM then see the Osborne Festival of Lights afterwards.

Thanks!

Hi! Yes, a QS meal is any meal from a food court or counter service restaurant, so you could absolutely have breakfast as a QS credit and pretty much anything ordered at the food court (meal wise) would be a QS credit.

1. Yes. You can choose whatever meal you want as your CS meal. Yes, it will count as a CS meal no matter which CS restaurant or food court you choose. Note that if you only want a beverage and bagel for breakfast, you could use snack credits instead.

2. Not unusual at all at some parks on EMH nights. Don't think it is a different experience at all. The restaurant will still be pretty full of guests.

Thanks so much for the quick response! I guess I thought you couldn't order breakfast with the dining plan and have it count! Glad to hear I was wrong!

Thanks!

Yes, breakfast counts - but what is usually pointed out about breakfast is that it does not include dessert, so using a credit for breakfast basically cancels out the dessert allotment and guests who are trying to maximize their plan will use credits for another meal (also because breakfast is generally the cheapest meal.) But you can certainly use credits for breakfast if you wish to.

Thanks! We were hoping to just keep breakfast small and buy granola bars or something to bring with us. But we were hoping to try the AoA food court's breakfast one day!
