Say I have reservations which have me arriving on Monday and leaving on Saturday...if I get the standard dining plan with 1 CS and 1 TS a day, would I have 5 CS's and 5 TS's, or would I have 6? I'm not sure if its the equal of how many nights your there or how many days?

It's every night you are there. You would have 5 of each.

The dining plan allotment is always based on the number of nights you stay at the resort. So, if you stayed five nights, with the basic plan, you would receive 5 TS, 5 CS and 5 snack credits per person to use for the length of your stay.
