If you have not used up all of your Snack Meals by your last day can you cash them all in before your trip back home?

yes, and prior to this past week's changes in the ddp most people did just that.

i don't think there will be as many "leftover" snack credits anymore, since now they can be used for breakfast type foods and much better snacks.

Hmm, I think I understood the question differently, so just to make sure all the bases are covered (in case this is what you meant)...
You can't cash your credits in for money. You can use all the credits on the last day if you like and get food for the plane, to take home...or just to gorge yourself on the last day

You cannot "cash" in your credits.... you can use them, though.

I didn't mean 'cash in' as money I meant 'cash in' as use up all of your credits. Sorry for the miscommunication.
