WE are traveling to WDW again this April and we are using the dining plan. WE have a party of ten, 7 adults, two children age 7 and a toddler under 2. When making ADRs do I count the toddler since he is under 2? If I do then I have the hassle of having to call a special number because our party size will be 10. If not, our party size we be 9 and I can make the reservations on line. Any suggestions?- I could really use some feedback!

I had the same situation this past August. When I made the reservations I never called a special number for a party of 10 (including the infant) Oops! Was I supposed to?? No one ever said this is the wrong dining line when I called. Even though you are not paying for a meal plan for the baby, they still count it as a seat at the table for the high chair. They will ask when you are making the reservation if you will need a high chair..
Good Luck

Yep, they count anyone as a person for party size. Last year my DD was 7 months and she "counted" -- we were offered an ADR for a party of 4 for something but I was told if we didn't change it to 5, they could turn us away. I think it's a fire code thing.

Can you tell me what that special number is because we will be a party of 17 and the 90-day window is almost here! Thanks.

I was able to book Ohana for a party of 10 this morning. There was some text that said for parties of 10 or more you need to call the number, but it did let me book it online and gave me a confirmation number.

I hope that's right!

For groups of 8 or more, please call (407) 939-5665. You just cannot do it online for parties that large. It is nice to call anyway because they can tell you how many tables you will have or if they can put you all at one table etc.

Uh oh! So, as I mentioned above, I booked a party of 10 at Ohana online this morning. Should I call to confirm this? The system did give me a confirmation number.:confused3

No. If it let you book it you are fine. I booked 1/2 of my ressies online for a party of 8. But the above poster has 17 so I am thinking that will need to be called.

could someone post the link for this....I will be making adr's and would love to do it online...but don't know where to go...thanks!!

The drop down box goes up to ten even though it says parties of ten or more should call. I played around with it last night and it was working fine for pretend dates. I think it should say parties of more than 10 if it is going to let you do it.

I confirmed my ressies on the phone at 7AM, they were all there so you should be fine. With a party that size I figured I had to be online and on the phone at the exact times they were available if I wanted to eat at a decent time.
