Dining Plan question and more....

We're going 13 - 19 August. We'd like to get the DP, but will be swapping our stay from 2 bd villa in Kidani Village to 2 bd OKW exactly half way thru. (we are waitlisted to extend the stay at Kidani vs having to swap)

My question is, we are traveling with my DH's sister and her family as well as my DD's best friend. The Dining plan is attached to our room keys, the room reservation is in my name.
Am I responsible for the items they charge...do they give their credit card at check in?
How does the dining plan work for 2 families eating meals together...do we make 2 separate PS's and request to sit together? or do we make one reservation and then tell the server to split the checks? I wasn't able to find info on this anywhere.

You can have a Credit Card attached to one KTTW card (this can be yours). Not sure but if the other adults want to have charging privleges, I would think they could also give a credit card for their KTTW card.

All of the DP credits are on all of the KTTW cards (pooled together). As you are staying at at 2 bd villa, I believe that they are pooled. Did you have to give them the names of each person staying in each room? If you did then maybe they are seperated by room.

Remember that the credits expire on the first part at midnight of your check out date-don't mix the KTTW cards up on your check in day or you will run out of credits and have let the old ones expire.

You can book the ADR's and have everyone sit together. You can also book two or more tables and have meals seperate. No problem with the servers, just let them know what to take off of your card. If you are all dining together and all the DP credits are pooled together, then you only need to give one card.
