Dining plan - QS = 3 snack credits?

Anyone with recent experience converting QS to 3 snack credits? Can I walk into an Epcot F & G booth, pick out three snacks and ask the CM to pay with 1 QS?

Expect to be impatiently awaiting my luggage to pop out of the tunnel at this time tomorrow.

I tried this in January at the Festival of the Arts and was able to get 2 snacks for one QS credit.

Didn't try it at a festival, but in February at the Goofy Candy store in Disney Springs was asked if I was using any QS credits for snacks. The lady there told me we could exchange 1 QS for 3 snacks.

People have reported that they have gotten 3 snacks for 1 qs meal. This was after the 2017 dining plan change, so I think it's still 3 for1.

We asked the front desk at AoA to convert a few of our QS Credits into snack Credits to use at the F&WF. He did it no questions asked.

This worked for me last Fall at F&W. Canada Booth = 3 filet mignon for 1 CS. I think all 3 snacks must still be at the same booth or CS restaurant that you initiated the conversion at. eg can't go roming with an extra snack credit to a neighbouring F&W booth. Fingers crossed this policy lasts for the 2017 F&W festival.

I wouldn't count on that. I'm not sure how the other poster got it done, but it's very unusual and unlikely.
