Dining Plan - PS Help

I'm trying to plan around the dining plan with two kids 10 & 5. Here's what I have come up with:
Trip date is Apirl 4 to 12

2nd Day Chef Mickey's breakfast (booked) - Crystal Palace Dinner
3rd Garden Grill (if its open)
4th Concourse Steak House
5th Breakfastosarus
6th Akershus Breakfast (booked) Dinner Hollywood and Vine
7th Trail's End

How hard is it to get to the Trail's end from the CBR? I need to book the rest of our PS - Can anyone tell me how difficult they are for some of our choices?

We didn't book until the 8th of February and I have been trying to coordinate with someone else but I have given up and am doing our own thing - they can fend for themselves.

Just like everything at disney You can get there from just about anywhere
but I would suggest taking a bus to maybe magic kingdom and and then a boat over to fort wilderness and follow the paths to Trails end this is also a good way to get to Hoop De Doo if you do that
At fort wilderness there are no cars only golf carts so if you have a rental car you have to park at a lot and take a bus to the area
