I just called and was told $52 for an adult and $16 for a kid....Does anyone know?

Call again. That is wrong. Even going on the Disney website, it prices to the numbers posted in the link above (I tested this just the other day, right here in fact (scroll down until you see my little dragon guy .) No idea why they've been quoting much higher prices, but there are a lot of people reporting this. I'm thinking either their information is off, or there's something we don't know that's coming down the pipes.

Errrrr... I was just quoted $90 per adult/per day for the deluxe dining plan. I asked why so much and the CM said that prices went up in 2011. I'm calling back. You are correct, when I price it on Disney's website, it is $78/day.

I think the recent rash of mis-quoted DDP pricing needs a thread of its own. With pictures and math (I like pictures and math) to get the word out.

Of course the CMs may be quoting other changes to reservations that aren't actually part of a dining plan but they think they are.

Also, a jump from 79 to 90 per night of DDP (when 2010 was 72!) is absolutely huge. That would be a 25% increase in price over the 2010 cost. Not even Disney beancounters are that crazy!
