Due to a complicated situation, my sister's family has two packages booked for different days both with the dining plan. She has already done online check in for both.

Question: on the day that one package "ends" and the other "begins" is there a way to make sure that the dining credits they use that day come from the first package? Since those will expire at midnight the night they check out obviously those are the ones that they will want to use. I'm just concerned that since the new package starts that same day that the credits may be taken from the new "pool". (I hope that makes sense...)

The system seems to actually "just work" in this case. The credits from the first reservation will be used first. Just make sure she actually goes to the front desk and makes them check her out of the first reservation and gives her a printout of the remaining credits. She won't be able to check and to activate her next set of credits until she's actually, officially checked out of the first room. There can be some complications in specific circumstances, like if she's changing from one type of plan to another (ie she wants to use a "new" counter service credit before using an "old" deluxe credit). In those cases you'd be out of luck, but they are very rare.
