Dining Plan in Disneyland?

I can't seems to find it. Is there a dining plan for Disneyland CA? I only found a dining package with the World of Color.

It's not the same as WDW's dining plan. You just pre-pay for dollar-amount vouchers that you can use at the restaurants, and you do NOT get change back if you spend less than the full amount of the voucher. You save no money at all and can actually lose money because of the aforementioned reason. Do a search of these boards for "dining plan" and you'll find it isn't recommended.
