Dining Plan Help

We are staying at a non disney resort for the first three days of our vacation and then staying at Saratoga Springs Resort for the next seven. We wanted to purchase 10 day tickets with seven day dining plan while staying at Saratoga Springs. Can I buy a 10 day pass to cover all the time I'm there and buy a 7 day dining plan for the time I am at Saratoga Springs?

You can have a 10 day ticket on your SSR package with dining. You can pick up that tickets up to 3 days before your SSR reservation starts. See the Ticket Sticky @ the top of the Theme Parks board for details on how to get your tickets early.

If you're a DVC member you can do this easily as you do not have to purchase tickets to get a dining plan on a DVC reservation and you could buy your tickets separately. Otherwise you have to purchase some sort of ticket with the Saratoga reservation (unless you are an annual passholder).

It depends on HOW you are staying at SSR.

1) If you are staying on DVC points (yours or renting or RCI) then you don't need tickets for your SSR reservation to get the dining plan.

2) If you are staying on a cash reservation with an AP discount you don't need tickets at SSR to add the dining plan.

3) If you are staying cash on a package at SSR you can pick up your tickets 3 days early and get the dining plan.
