We are on the dining plan and enjoy the character meals. Party of 5 including 7 year old granddaughter. Lots of questions below.

Arrive Saturday - downtown Disney - QS
Sunday - MK - Crystal Palace dinner
Monday - Epcot - Norway with Princesses instead of Castle at MK
Tues - MK - planning an easy day - Chef Mickey for dinner
Wed - Hollywood Studios - Sci Fi (not sure about this) thought about Ohanas.

Would Ohanas be better after MK than HS?

Thurs - Epcot - California Grill dinner
Friday - MK - Not sure... we thought about Ohanas for our last night dinner, but then thought we would rather be in the parks on the last night.

Saturday - thought about Chef Mickey's for "on our way" breakfast. Even though we were doing dinner there already - breakfast would be dinner and we all love Chef Mickey.

All thoughts appreciated.

Arrive Saturday - downtown Disney - QS >>>you gotta try wolfgang puck express (in marketplace). its AMAZING!!

Sunday - MK - Crystal Palace dinner >>> ive always had a good meal here.

Monday - Epcot - Norway with Princesses instead of Castle at MK

Tues - MK - planning an easy day - Chef Mickey for dinner >>>CM has awful food IMHO. I'd either go with Ohana or Whispering Canyon. Or you could consider doing Cali Grill here instead of Thurs.

Wed - Hollywood Studios - Sci Fi (not sure about this) thought about Ohanas.>>>Sci Fi is fun. Food isnt gourmet or anything. Have you thought about 50's prime instead? its fun and the food is better!

Would Ohanas be better after MK than HS? >>YES, Ohana would be best on a MK day. Its quite far from HS.

Thurs - Epcot - California Grill dinner >>>Love the food here! But its closer to MK than Epcot. I'd do this on Tuesday. see above.

Friday - MK - Not sure... we thought about Ohanas for our last night dinner, but then thought we would rather be in the parks on the last night.>>if you wanna remain in the parks or close by, i'd go with the suggestions i indicated above (see Tues)

Saturday - thought about Chef Mickey's for "on our way" breakfast. Even though we were doing dinner there already - breakfast would be dinner and we all love Chef Mickey.>>> I personally wouldnt go to CM twice in one trip. There are other options (that are better) in Disney.

Arrive Saturday - downtown Disney - QS Some great choices here. Wolfgang Puck Express, Earl of Sandwich and Cookes of Dublin are all good.

Sunday - MK - Crystal Palace dinner This is fine

Monday - Epcot - Norway with Princesses instead of Castle at MK I prefer Akershus to CRT anyway so this is a good choice

Tues - MK - planning an easy day - Chef Mickey for dinner Not a fan; I'd do Ca Grill on this night

Wed - Hollywood Studios - Sci Fi (not sure about this) thought about Ohanas. We enjoy Sci-Fi, it's a lot of fun. With 5 people, though, one is going to be sitting alone since it seats 2 per bench seat in the cars. Personally, I would prefer not to travel from DHS to an MK resort for dinner

Would Ohanas be better after MK than HS? yes since you can just catch the monorail to get there/back instead of riding/driving 15-20 minutes from DHS

Thurs - Epcot - California Grill dinner With all the wonderful choices for meals at Epcot or the Epcot resort area, I'd pick something more convenient.

Friday - MK - Not sure... we thought about Ohanas for our last night dinner, but then thought we would rather be in the parks on the last night. We like going to Hoop De Doo Musical Review on our last MK night. I'd do an early OHana dinner and then return to the park if you want.

Saturday - thought about Chef Mickey's for "on our way" breakfast. Even though we were doing dinner there already - breakfast would be dinner and we all love Chef Mickey. Since I wouldn't do the Chef Mickey's dinner, I'd keep this one if you like it. We do Cape May Character Buffet for our last breakfast because it's not as chaotic as CM.

All thoughts appreciated.

Arrive Saturday - downtown Disney - QS Lots of great choices here for QS
Sunday - MK - Crystal Palace dinner
good choice
Monday - Epcot - Norway with Princesses instead of Castle at MK Good Princess meal
Tues - MK - planning an easy day - Chef Mickey for dinner I would do Ca Grill or 'OHana here
Wed - Hollywood Studios - Sci Fi (not sure about this) thought about Ohanas.
We prefer 50's PTC, especially for a party your size

Would Ohanas be better after MK than HS? Yes

Thurs - Epcot - California Grill dinner I would do CA Grill Tues. There are MANY GREAT places to eat in WS, I would re-think this
Friday - MK - Not sure... we thought about Ohanas for our last night dinner,I agree with Hoop Dee Doo Review, Great Thought but then thought we would rather be in the parks on the last night.

Saturday - thought about Chef Mickey's for "on our way" breakfast. Even though we were doing dinner there already - breakfast would be dinner and we all love Chef Mickey.

All thoughts appreciated.

Given your current plan, you have 1 credit too many, I think. If you added HDDR that would be another credit too.
Have a great trip

We are on the dining plan and enjoy the character meals. Party of 5 including 7 year old granddaughter. Lots of questions below.

Arrive Saturday - downtown Disney - QS I like Earl of Sandwich and Wolfgang Puck's Express is good as well. Make sure you don't get to the TS side.

Sunday - MK - Crystal Palace dinner Great choice.

Monday - Epcot - Norway with Princesses instead of Castle at MK Never been except for breakfast. BReakfast is great meal.

Tues - MK - planning an easy day - Chef Mickey for dinner
I really don't like CM for dinner, probably one of the worst meals. CM for breakfast is great. You may want to try Ohana here so that way you don't have to travel as far. 1900 Park Fare is another good dinner place at the Grand Floridean. THey have Cinderella, Prince Charming, Step-mother and step-sisters who yell at each other during the meal. If is really fun.

Wed - Hollywood Studios - Sci Fi (not sure about this) thought about Ohanas.

I like Sci-fi. Another option is 50s prime time. I would not waste a lot of travel time from DHS to Poly. You've got a lot of walking and a lot of time. If you want dinner outside the theme park and close by, you may consider a boat ride from DHS to Beach Club for all you can eat seafood at Cape May or Captain's Grill at Yacht Club.

Thurs - Epcot - California Grill dinner
More travel involved. A monorail to ticket center and walk back to CR or resort monorail all the way around. Also, CG is signature dinner and they have a dress code. I usually don't go from parks, but you won't be turned away. You may also consider doing this on your easy MK day, and then you calk over or monorail 1 stop to MK. There are lots of choices at Epcot - Aquarium, Garden Grill, lots of countries.

Friday - MK - Not sure... we thought about Ohanas for our last night dinner, but then thought we would rather be in the parks on the last night.

You could do Cali Grill here, or another 2 TS credit is Spirit of Aloha Dinner. They include food, poly dancers (including a fire dance), beer, and tip in the price. My dds had a blast. You could do the first seating around 5, two hour show, and they get back to MK.

Saturday - thought about Chef Mickey's for "on our way" breakfast. Even though we were doing dinner there already - breakfast would be dinner and we all love Chef Mickey.

A great choice. The famous characters and a good character breakfast to end the trip.

All thoughts appreciated.

Since you mentionned QS, so you get 7 TS credits. I'm assuming you are on dining plan? With Cali Grill as 2 credits, you have the right number figured out. Good luck with your planning and have a great trip.
