Dining plan help! (I am so indecisive!!)

OK! Here is the deal, my mom and me are doing a girls only trip in Sep. (free dining!!). She has never been to WDW, and we have been looking at allearsnet.com at the menus to decide where to eat. My mom is willing to eat at pretty much wherever I want to, she will eat a varied type of food, while I am less adventurous. Our original plan for our TS's was ...
1. arrival evening (outside of parks)- Big River Grill and Brewing Co. (at the Boardwalk) followed by a walking tour of the Boardwalk area hotels.
2. Le Cellier- we have an 8:50 ADR
3. 1900 Park Fair- 7:20 ADR then see Wishes either in the park or from the beach depending on time constraints.
4. 50's Prime Time Cafe- 12:25 ADR (could not get it for later)
Now I am seriously reconsidering our 1st nights choice! BRG seems like a good enough choice, but I am thinking maybe the Cape May Cafe dinner buffet, or Concourse Steakhouse would be better? I have never been to any of these places except LeCellier, and I am not sure if I would want to change that one. If we went to Concourse, I would probably change LeCellier so we would not have 2 steak places.
I know I am worring about minor things, but I want this to be a great trip for my mom, and I want all the places we eat to be really great. Does anyone have any opinions on the choices I have made? Should I change them? Any input is appreciated!! Thanks!!

For arrival day, how about Spoodles? They accept ADRs, I don't think Big River does. The Boardwalk area is fun, we just stayed there and we had a blast.

I really don't like the looks of the menu at Spoodles. I like my food pretty plain!!

If you are on there free dining make the most of it!

Cape May is excellent. I think you would find plenty there for you that isn't adventurous.

I'd also like to recommend the Yacht Club Galley if that's on the dining list.

I think you should look at the Spoodles menu again. While it's entrees aren't titled as meat and potatoes, I think you might find something there you'd be willing to try. Flying Fish on the other hand is a little more adventurous than Spoodles.

You can also look at one of the restaurants at Swan or Dolphin to keep you close to the Boardwalk area.

If you don't care about being at the Boardwalk area immediately after dinner, you could also check into:

Chef Mickey's
Boma at AKL - yes, this may sound adventurous to you, but they always have a prime rib of some sort, and roasted chicken and things for less adventurous eaters. I am from MN and not a typically real adventurous type, but I tried some of the things at Boma our first time around, like a half scoop of something that looked interesting but I wasn't quite sure on it, and most things I was pleasantly surprised at how well it tasted. And to be honest, there were 2 things that I didn't really like and didn't finish either. But I did not leave hungry. I don't think that's possible at Boma.
