Dining plan for the disney collection? $95 twice?

Quick Question... if we decided to use our points at WDW through the Disney Collection and needed two rooms would I have to pay the $95 fee twice?

Can the dining plan be added?

I'm not 100% positive, but IIRC, as long as you make the reservation at the same time and it's two rooms for the same length of time, it's just one $95 fee. Again, not 100% sure.

Can the dining plan be added?

Yes, assuming you are talking about a WDW non-DVC resort. Don't believe there are eligible dining plans available anywhere else.
