Dining Plan for October Trip

Hi everyone! I'm new here and have a question about ADR's that I'm sure some of ya'll will know the answer to. We are thinking about booking a trip Oct 1-7 and adding the dining plan, but wondering if we will still be able to get reservations for dining. We are not really picky about times and I don't think we are looking at places that are typically hard to get into. The list the family has voted on for this trip is: Teppan Edo, Marrakesh, Prime Time Diner, Liberty Tree Tavern, 1900 Park Fare (Breakfast), and Ohana. Any thoughts? Thanks!

You can just call the ADR # and see if you can get those and then decided if you got enough of what you wanted to purchase the dining plan.
